Return and Exchange Policy

At Mamaws Bowtique, we want you to love every purchase you make with us! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to assist you with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email us at mamawsbowtique@aol.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship Back the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as above. Once we receive the item, we will send out the exchange as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back. We’ll cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom/personalized products

Opened or used craft supplies (e.g., yarn, fabric, paints, etc.)

Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
